Photomatix

Today I purchased a Photomatix license key after trying the software. The results are much better than Qtpfsgui.

The first image is without any Photomatix processing and tone mapping.

Photomatix processed.

The same image as above but with some level adjustments using Photoshop.

I will be using Photomatix more in future - the results are fantastic.

I've thought about trying Photomatrix. I use a camera that produces pretty high quality images in high definition, but the results I've seen from others use of the software is pretty outstanding. Thanks for the examples.

I haven't heard of Photomatrix and am most interested in it.

You have a beautiful blog and I love your camera eye.

Hey Chris, I use Photomatix, great tool! Really allows me to express the range of what I saw with my eye before I took the shot.

Hey Guys, thanks for the comments. Yes Andy, Photomatix is great. I love it! It brings out the colours of images wonderfully. You can use the trial version of Photomatix Nature Nut but it does leave a watermark on the images.
